About Steph:

Steph is a lady of many talents; a qualified Yoga Instructor, PT, Raw Food Chef & Wellness Coach. Born in Keith, SA – but now based in Adelaide – Steph has a wealth of experience & knowledge in holistic health care, & is committed to using her unique skill set to support you on your wellness journey. Steph is energetic & insightful; an empathetic listener & positive facilitator. Her warm & open nature immediately puts you at ease, while her step-by-step, structured approach to wellness will help you achieve positive, lasting change.

About the classes:


Steph’s class starts with focusing on being present & relaxing, followed by pranayama (breath work), a sequence of yoga postures, & finishes with about 5 minutes of stillness.

This class is suitable for people at all different levels, & is a good mix of gentle physical movement, mindfulness & relaxation.

Benefits of Steph’s yoga include:

Gentle Yoga:

The class format of gentle yoga is the same as Steph’s regular classes, however the yoga postures performed are more gentle on your muscles & joints.

Class sizes will be kept intentionally small so as to allow Steph the greatest opportunity to create a space in which the needs of each individual are met. In addition, the studio provides a full array of props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for no additional charge.

About Kelly:

Kelly is a Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, specialising in Pre & Post Natal Yoga. She brings lightness, focus, accessibility & philosophy to the mat & is dedicated to offering students the tools of transformation through the magic & power of Yoga. She is a warrior for self-acceptance & honesty & is especially passionate about empowering mums & mums-to-be on their sacred journey.
