Steph Bartlett - Clarity Yoga

Steph is a lady of many talents; a qualified Yoga Instructor, PT, Raw Food Chef & Wellness Coach. Born in Keith, SA – but now based in Adelaide – Steph has a wealth of experience & knowledge in holistic health care, & is committed to using her unique skill set to support you on your wellness journey. Steph is energetic & insightful; an empathetic listener & positive facilitator. Her warm & open nature immediately puts you at ease, while her step-by-step, structured approach to wellness will help you achieve positive, lasting change.

About the classes:

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement. A Vinyasa class starts with focusing on being present & relaxing, followed by pranayama (breath work), a sequence of yoga postures, & finishes with about 5 minutes of stillness.

This class is suitable for people at all different levels, & is a good mix of gentle physical movement, mindfulness & relaxation.

Gentle Yoga:

This gentle yoga class is still a Vinyasa class & the class format is the same, but the yoga postures performed are more gentle on your muscles & joints.

Kelly Mittal - Clarity Yoga

Kelly is a Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, specialising in Pre & Post Natal Yoga. She brings lightness, focus, accessibility & philosophy to the mat & is dedicated to offering students the tools of transformation through the magic & power of Yoga. She is a warrior for self-acceptance & honesty & is especially passionate about empowering mums & mums-to-be on their sacred journey.

Beginner’s Yoga

 

This is slower paced class with the chance to build the foundations of the practice. In this class you get to learn the poses, ask questions & workshop any poses you are unsure of.

 

Who Is It For?
This class is for the complete beginner to yoga or anyone that wants to take things down a notch go more gentle

Dynamic Flow Yoga

 

This is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with the movement of the body. You can expect a dynamic & intense class incorporating breath work & finishing with about 5minutes of relaxation

This class is suitable for people of all different levels however some previous yoga experience would be beneficial

Class sizes will be kept intentionally small so as to allow Steph and Kelly the greatest opportunity to create a space in which the needs of each individual are met. In addition, the studio provides a full array of props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for no additional charge.
