Cancellation of Future Appointments due to COVID19 – FAQs


Sadly, due to our forced closure, we have had to cancel a large number of upcoming appointments at Clarity. We do not know at this stage how long we will be closed for, but will absolutely be keeping you up to date with any news as soon it comes to light! (See below for where you can keep in touch)


We have made efforts to contact the great majority personally, but have included below some more information for those who we may not have had the chance to speak with one on one yet.


What about deposits paid?


Any deposits which have already been paid have been assigned as a credit on your account (which does not expire), for use when we reopen.

If you need to have this refunded, this can be arranged by emailing hello@claritywellness.com.au


What about my Gift Voucher?


Any Gift Vouchers (which already have a 3 year expiry on the value) will be extended by the period we are closed for.


I have a pregnancy booking, but I may have my baby before you reopen!


If you had made a booking or received a Gift Voucher for a Pregnancy service, and you may no longer be pregnant in a few months time, you are absolutely most welcome (& very much encouraged!) to utilise this post-partum (a very important time for new mums to be receiving nurturing care!), for any service.


I love Clarity and will really miss coming in! What can I support Clarity during this time?


As you know, Clarity is a touch-based service business, and sadly, we have been unable to translate that into an online option! #touchheals

We are really grateful to those who have reached out to ask how you can support us, to ensure that we will be in a position to reopen later in the year! If you would like to do so, you can:


    • Plan ahead! Consider purchasing Discounted Massage Packs for when we’re back on deck – get your regular sessions for less (and still claim your Private Health rebate!) – just scroll down the list of Gift Vouchers to find the package options.


    • Buy a Gift Voucher for a friend – we will all be very much in need of touch when this is all over – what a wonderful thing for them to look forward to!


    • Write us a review on Google or Facebook, so when we do come back on deck, the world will still know we’re here (reviews really help people to find us online) 🙂

We have also just commenced a Private “Clarity Wellness Community Group” – a place for our Clarity VIPs to be the first in the know about upcoming specials, news, updates (and baby spam!).
