Refresh your body & mind, tone up your senses & tune in to being present in the moment with our series of monthly half-day workshops of somatic movement, dance & creative practice.
Paying attention to often unnoticed movement habits & patterns provides us with a springboard for change & tools that cultivate self & sensory awareness through conscious movement, deepening our experience of life & encouraging creative expression by weaving together movement, dance, touch, breath, image & language work.
Body Mind Spring Clean sessions are suitable for anyone interested in connecting with his or her creative & movement potential in a safe & playful way. Activities include movement, partner & group work, drawing, writing & time for reflection through discussion. Please wear warm comfortable clothing.
