We can't wait to see you!

Here are some tips and FAQs to ensure you are comfy and prepared before coming to see us.

If you have any other queries or concerns, please feel free to give us a bell on 8239 0575.

When should I arrive?

First time to Clarity? We can’t wait to meet you!

Ensure you’ve filled in your online intake form ahead of time. Please arrive for your class feeling satiated (but not too full of food!), well hydrated, and in comfy clothing. The latest activewear is definitely not required; we hold a safe space in which you can explore movement + feel comfortable in your own skin. Just come as you are.

Mats and equipment is provided, however if you would like to bring your own, you are most welcome to.

Sign in & be sure to let your instructor know if there have been any changes to your health status, eg. injury, etc.

When you enter the studio please take off your shoes, store them & any personal belongings safely out of the way in the shelving provided in the class entranceway.

Make your way to an unoccupied mat and relax into a comfortable position. Take any gentle movements or stretches you like to unwind and prepare your body & mind for the practice.

Please try to arrive a few minutes prior to the class to make the most of this quiet time.

What if I can't make it?

To prevent last minute changes, we send you a booking reminder email 48hrs before and a reminder SMS 24hrs before your appointment.

In the event that you cannot attend your confirmed appointment or class, please contact us as soon as possible on 08 8239 0575.

Please note, as agreed at the time of booking; we have a strict 24 hour late notice policy and applicable fee for any class amendments made within 24hours of your class. Click here for more info.
