Nb. Classes are suitable for women who have had their 6 week check up & clearance (vaginal birth) or 8-10 week check up & clearance (caesarean). Mums & Bubs can attend classes up until bubs is crawling. Please bring a towel.

Why practice Pilates OR yoga, when you can do both? Core Yoga is a fun whole-body fusion class for those seeking new ways to move. We work from the centre out, moving through a series of stretching & strengthening exercises designed to build strong & supple bodies. We start with foundational movements & build on layers of challenge, allowing you to work at your own level. We take time to connect mind-body-breath & invite you to explore & experience the subtleties of each exercise. You’ll leave class feeling rebalanced, revitalised & ready to flow through your day with greater ease & contentment.
NB. If you have a health condition or are managing an injury, please chat to us before booking in so we can give you the best advice. If you are pregnant or post natal, book in for our Prenatal or Mums & Bubs Yoga classes.

3 Class Pass = $57 ($19/class) Valid for 4 weeks after 1st class attended
5 Class Pass = $95 ($19/class) Valid for 6 weeks after 1st class attended
10 Class Pass = $180 ($18/class) Valid for 12 weeks after 1st class attended
Make sure you’ve filled in your online intake form ahead of time. Wear comfy clothing that you can move in. The latest activewear definitely not required; we hold a safe space in which you can explore movement + feel comfortable in your own skin. Mats provided, however if you would like to bring your own, you are most welcome to. Please bring a towel for Core Flow classes. Sign in & be sure to let your instructor know if there have been any changes to your health status, eg. injury, etc. When you enter the studio please take off your shoes, & store them & any personal belongings safely out of the way in the shelving provided in the class entranceway. Make your way to an unoccupied mat & relax in a comfortable position. Take any gentle movements or stretches you like to unwind & prepare your body & mind for the practice. Please try to arrive a few minutes prior to the class to make the most of this quiet time.
