Prenatal Yoga

 

Mondays 11.00am – 12.15pm | Mondays 5.30pm – 6.45pm | Thursdays 6.15pm – 7.30pm

 

A class specifically tailored to support you on your journey to motherhood. Learn breathing & relaxation techniques & build strength, flexibility & endurance of muscles need during labour. It is safe to attend from 12 weeks & over.
Nb. You will need the ok from your medical provider if you have placenta praevia or gestational hypertension.

 

 


 

Mums n Bubs Yoga

 

Tuesdays 10.00 – 11.00am & 11.30am – 12.30pm

 

Reconnect to your body & breath after birth, regain flexibility & strength, & connect with other mums in a friendly & supportive environment.

Amnys teaches:

 

Yoga

 

Mondays 9.30am – 10.30am

 

This class is designed to strengthen, challenge and align the body and mind. A mix of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga, integration of breath + movement. Classes are dynamic & change with the cycles of the moon & the seasons. We use props to meet the body where it is – Yoga is about stability, not flexibility. This class is perfect for both new students and seasoned Yogis alike.

Mat Pilates

Mondays 8.00am – 8.50am | Wednesdays 7.30am – 8.20am | Saturdays 8.30am – 9.20am

 

Pilates uses a system of stretching & strengthening exercises designed to lengthen the spine, correct muscular imbalances & establish efficient movement patterns which then carry into everyday life. Each exercise initiates from the centre – our ‘core’ – & flows outward to the extremities. Emphasis is on precise movement, of performing each exercise with proper technique & control, & on using breath to guide the movement.
