Jess has been practicing pilates for 15 years and continued through all 3 of her pregnancies. After the birth of her third child Jess completed her Certificates 3 and 4 in Personal training but upon completion realised there was so much she didn’t know about movement and felt that this style of exercise did not stimulate her like her personal Pilates practice. This led her to completing her Certifications in both Mat and Equipment Pilates.
She is passionate about working with pre and postnatal women as she knows first hand the benefits of a mobile spine and strong pelvis whilst pregnant. What drew Jess to teaching her favourite form of exercise was how it continues to stimulate her mummy brain.
No clients or classes are ever the same whether working rehab with specific goals to achieve, teaching beginners how to be aware of their body or going hard in an advanced class it is never the same and she feels the clients feel that passion and enthusiasm for this method.
