We’re immensely chuffed to have an excellent client retention rate – a staggering number of people who continue to return to see us regularly; with many clients who we have had the pleasure of treating for many years!!
THANK YOU to every person who steps through our doors, and especially thank you to those people who entrust us to be a routine part of their ongoing care.
We genuinely love making these connections and to show you JUST how much, as of July 2020 we formally launched our revised Client Rewards program! Woohoo!!
In addition to our snazzy online upgrade of an online client login feature, we’re super excited to introduce a rewards points system!
For every 10 x 60min Massages you attend, you’ll automatically receive a $50 credit to spend on any of our services.
HOWEVER, we are thankful for each and every dollar you generously choose to spend with us – so every purchase you make (whether towards a Service, Product or Gift Voucher) goes towards your rewards balance, so you may very well reach your $50 gift before your 10th visit! WAHOO!
This is all kept automatically and securely on our system – no punch-card or stamping required. We’ll keep track of your rewards so just ask our friendly admin team for your balance if you’re curious.
Client Login System
We’re also excited to let you know about some great new features we’ve added into our Online Booking service. You can now log into our booking system using your mobile number (the same number on which you receive your reminder text messages). Logging in will give you access to your full appointment history and upcoming appointments so it’s easy to see what’s coming up. You can change upcoming appointments and there’s also a quick rebook feature to save time. You will also be able to view and update your personal details!
To log in all you need to do is click the pink banner in Online Booking and enter your SMS number. We’ll send you a one-time code that will keep you logged in until you sign out again. If you’ve recently changed your SMS number or if you haven’t given it to us before, please let us know so we can update your details and give you access to all these new features.
Step 1: Click on the pink banner where it says ‘rebook your previous appointments’
Step 2: Input your mobile number. This must be the mobile number you gave us – if you’ve changed your number recently you will need to give us a call to update it!
Here you will see your appointment history. You can press ‘Book again’ to rebook the same service with the same therapist you saw previously. This is helpful if you don’t remember what treatment you had (or who treated you! No judgement here!)
You can also see your upcoming appointments and reschedule/cancel them. Definitely a go-to when you’ve woken up at 3AM and just remembered you have that dentist appointment. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies – you will not be able to change or cancel your booking within the 24-hour period.
If there are any remaining intake forms for you to fill out, we will also use this login process to SMS you forms that you can quite easily fill out on your device. These will wait here for you in the ‘Forms’ tab.
Do I have to login?
Not if you don’t want to! You can still opt to skip the sign-in process and book your appointments using the usual process.
