24 Apr Soothing Sunday Morning Yoga
Spend your Sunday morning unwinding the body and mind with this 2 hour mini-retreat class which will include mindful movement, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, breath work, a beautifully long deep relaxation sequence and meditation. This class focuses on soothing the nervous system and de-activating the stress response by allowing the body to be, to gently stretch, rest deeply and spend time in stillness. You will float out the door after a big infusion of calm.
No yoga experience is necessary.
