Gift Voucher must be used by the recipient named on voucher
The Gift Voucher number is required at the time of booking
Gift Voucher must be presented on the day of booking
Gift Voucher can be redeemed for a different service of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying the difference
No aspect of the voucher is cash refundable and no refunds will be issued for differences in value if a session of lesser value is chosen
Voucher cannot be divided over different appointments (e.g. A 90min massage cannot be used as 2 x 45min massages)
Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date
Booking of expired Gift Vouchers is at the discretion of Clarity Administration. A minimum late fee of $25 will apply for use after the expiry date (Maximum of 3 months post expiry)
Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of voucher
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash, legal tender or products
Gift Vouchers cannot be claimed on Private Health. The health funds have advised that they do not pay benefits for services when the services are fully covered by a third party.
