11 Oct Guest Recipe: Cherry Ripe Smoothie
Cherry Ripe Smoothie from our fab yoga teacher Steph Bartlett!
1 frozen banana
1 cup pitted cherries
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Place all ingredients into blender & blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
* Feel free to add some additional goodness to the mix! Sometimes I add chia seed, maca powder, or a couple of brazil nuts. Or you can be sneaky… first blend your almond milk with a handful of greens (baby spinach, etc). Then add all other ingredients and blend again. You won’t even know that there are greens in there!
