In response to your valuable feedback, we’re stoked to have added not one, not two, not three, but FOUR new Mat Pilates classes to our existing schedule, including long awaited early morning, evening & Saturday morning classes…woohoo!

Jill of all trades, Steph Stack from In Fine Fettle (also a Naturopath here at Clarity!) has recently completed her Mat Pilates qualification & will be teaching two classes, on Wednesday evenings @ 7pm & Thursday mornings @ 7am.  As a qualified naturopath, the seamless integration of physical, mental, and spiritual health is not only a goal for Steph personally, but one that she seeks to support her clients in accomplishing, too. Steph believes that Pilates provides the perfect balance of challenge, development, concentration, and relaxation to nourish the body and the mind, but is also a chance to have a good bit of fun and get that sweet muscle burn too!

We’re excited to now offer a Mums & Bubs Pilates class with Lauren on Wednesdays at 11:15am. There’s a personal connection here, as Lauren practised Pilates throughout her two pregnancies (& this now helps her try and keep up with her two sons!) The class is specially designed for new mums and their babies to help with your gentle fitness and wellbeing. Lauren will help get you moving safely – at your own pace – as you work on strengthening, stabilising and supporting your body with your daily movements – all in a supportive environment while we all have some fun. Suitable for women from 6 weeks post birth with your doctors all clear, babies welcome up to walking age & no prior Pilates experience required.

Finally, Julia Potter (of Sol Space Pilates) will be stepping out from behind the reception desk & into the classroom, taking a Saturday morning Pilates class. Initially taking classes to alleviate general aches & pains, she found Pilates to be much more than a system of physical exercise; rather, a holistic approach to whole body health & wellbeing. Julia teaches a style of Pilates that progresses small, isolated movements into full body integrative sequences. Emphasis is on technique & precise movement, with the ultimate aim of establishing efficient movement patterns which then carry over into everyday life. Classes are engaging & immersive, with changing choreography & options for modification, allowing you to work at your own level of challenge. Expect to feel taller, stronger, lighter & more confident in your own skin!

With an abundance of classes, we now truly have something for everyBODY, no matter your personal goals, fitness preference or experience.
