More Yoga at Clarity!
Our new timetable includes a whopping total of ELEVEN yoga classes to choose from, with something for everyBODY.
Due to popular demand, Kelly Mittal has added another Prenatal Yoga class to her schedule, allowing mummas-to-be to choose from Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evening classes. It has been wonderful to watch Kelly’s prenatal classes flourish as she supports pregnant women on their journey into motherhood. Prenatal yoga regularly books out, so a third class has been long awaited!
We are delighted to introduce yogi Georgia Arnold to the Clarity family. Georgia (also a Naturopath) has a passion to hold space for people to come back home to themselves- exploring transformation and self-realisation. After spending 2 years in Ubud, Bali running health retreats and delving into self-exploration, she brings a sense of lightness and joy to classes to put you at ease with a sense of openness to allow you to explore and come home to yourself. You can join Gee on the mat Monday nights at 7.30pm for her Yin Yang Flow class & also Wednesdays at 7.00am for Morning Flow.
Finally, Steph Bartlett is taking a 4.30pm After School Yoga class on Tuesdays (commencing May 1st.) This class is specifically designed for high school students to help reduce stress and anxiety, and create a feeling of peace, focus and clarity within the body & mind. Steph is passionate about bringing mindful movement to kids and young adults, and we are delighted open the space to students in need of some all important self-care.
