We are delighted to welcome back this new mumma & know her regular clients will be pretty excited, too!

Who I am…
Hey! I’m Elicia. I have a strong love for summery beach days! I live in the Adelaide hills with my dog, cat and chickens and my partner Mike. I love playing with home design, dancing and growing food. In my slower moments you will find me in front of the fire listening to a health related book or podcast.
Why do I massage…
I have always been interested in alternative treatments, from a young age I saw how my parents used different techniques to help or heal different ailments. Myself, I have found amazing relief of migraine and headaches by using massage, stretching techniques, acupuncture and kinesiology. This encouraged me to be more conscious of my body and to pass on the knowledge! This is what lit the fire inside me, to help others who may be suffering with pain or stress related issues. I also have a strong interest in energy and the affects thoughts and emotions can have on the body.
