We are delighted to announce that Steph Barlett, of http://stephbartlett.com/ will be offering a range of services at Clarity Wellness Centre!

Steph is a lady of many talents; a qualified Yoga Instructor, PT, Raw Food Chef & Wellness Coach. Born in Keith, SA – but now based in Adelaide – Steph has a wealth of experience & knowledge in holistic health care, & is committed to using her unique skill set to support you on your wellness journey. Steph is energetic & insightful; an empathetic listener & positive facilitator. Her warm & open nature immediately puts you at ease, while her step-by-step, structured approach to wellness will help you achieve positive, lasting change.

We are thrilled to have Steph onboard, offering a range of classes & services at Clarity, including:

  • Yoga: Vinyasa & Gentle. Classes to support clients of all fitness levels & abilities! (See below for more details)

Steph on Yoga:

“I absolutely adore sharing my love of yoga with people! Many people think yoga is all about flexibility; and sure, the more yoga you do, the more flexible your body will become… BUT there is so much more to it! Yoga has taught me a lot about myself & changed the way I look at things in life. It’s really opened up my heart and mind and on a physical level it’s helped me strengthen my body and increase my flexibility. I teach Vinyasa Yoga and I like to teach with intention to give the class more meaning. Each week I set a different theme/intention for the class to give people something to think about (for example, gratitude, forgiveness, happiness). I then follow up the classes with a reminder text message with a quote from the class to keep the intention in mind.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a yoga class, but not sure if it’s for you… I highly recommend you be open to giving it a try. You don’t need to be physically flexible to do yoga. A flexible mind is more beneficial. Be open to having a try and you may be pleasantly surprised!”

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement. A Vinyasa class starts with focusing on being present & relaxing, followed by pranayama (breath work), a sequence of yoga postures, & finishes with about 5 minutes of stillness.

This class is suitable for people at all different levels, & is a good mix of gentle physical movement, mindfulness & relaxation.

Benefits of Vinyasa yoga include:

  • strengthen & tone muscles
  • increase flexibility
  • decrease stress & anxiety
  • mindfulness (weekly intentions/themes)
  • assist the body to detoxify
  • improve quality of sleep
  • improve general health

Gentle Yoga:

This gentle yoga class is still a Vinyasa class & the class format is the same, but the yoga postures performed are more gentle on your muscles & joints.


Casual classes are $20 or $180 for a 10 class pass (save $20).

Steph will also be available for corporate yoga, private group sessions, PT and Holistic Health Coaching.
