We’re delighted to now offer more yoga classes with Steph Bartlett during the week; you can now take her classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays AND Thursdays. More Steph Bartlett is always a good thing!
Due to popular request, we are now offering a Beginners yoga class. This is scheduled for Mondays at 9.30am with the wonderfully warm Kelly Mittal. The perfect way to start the week? We think so!
Speaking of Kelly, you’ll notice her Friday morning class has been renamed ‘Dynamic Flow’ to better reflect its free-flowing, energising quality. Restorative yoga has also undergone a name change – ‘Rest & Restore‘. For those who have taken this class the new name will make complete sense! For those who are yet to attend, you will perhaps have a better idea of what the class is about; taking a pause during the week to reflect, unwind & release tension & stress from the body.
We will be introducing some more Mat Pilates times shortly, so keep your eyes on our website & social media for all the latest developments!
