The first consultation is a fact finding mission. It begins with a detailed case history and discussion of your goals, health concerns, and a review of all of your body systems. Assessment also considers a person’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I will offer you the knowledge and understanding to determine what is going on, an overview of how this may be contributing to your picture and provide a considered and strategic treatment plan.

Pathology and functional medicine testing may be necessary to determine underlying nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances and potential organ dysfunction. This information also gives us a good base line for treatment and we can see how effective the treatment is.

Further investigations and functional testing may be necessary to better understand your fertility. I collaborate with your health team and also work with general practitioners and specialists where I can make appropriate referrals where needed.
