Conditions & Benefits

Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is supported by a growing body of evidence for use in a number of conditions. Caroline Power of Power Acupuncture approach is to combine acupuncture, moxibustion (heat stimulation), fire cupping, and massage to help clients recover from acute and chronic problems. TCM holds that no one approach is right for every patient so each treatment plan is put together on an individual basis.

Acupuncture can be useful for a range of problems. Some of the most common are: neck pain, back pain, shoulder problems, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, muscle strains, repetitive strain injuries, headache and migraine, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), period pain and PMS, sinus problems, nausea, digestive issues, pregnancy related problems, and mental stress.
