We offer a range of Yoga classes in our boutique studio in North Adelaide. Our Yoga teachers Steph, Kelly and Georgia offer varying styles of classes, including Beginners Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Yoga, Mums + Bubs Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

 

Our casual classes cost $20 per class (all equipment provided)and discounts are available with our multiple class passes option.

Yoga with Steph B

Tuesdays: 7:00am, 8:45am & 6:30pm

 

Much loved Yoga Teacher, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer, Steph Bartlett, teaches Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement. The class begins with focusing on being present and calming the body and mind, followed by pranayama (breath work), a sequence of gentle yoga postures, and finishes with some stillness and relaxation.

 

This class is suitable for people at all different levels; it’s a beautiful mix of gentle physical movement, mindfulness & relaxation.

Gentle Yoga with Steph B

Tuesdays: 10:00am

 

This gentle yoga class is still a Vinyasa class & the class format is the same, but the yoga postures performed are more gentle on your muscles & joints.

Beginners Yoga with Kelly

Monday: 9:30am

 

This is slower paced class with the chance to build the foundations of the practice. In this class you get to learn the poses, ask questions & workshop any poses you are unsure of.

 

Who Is It For?

This class is for the complete beginner to yoga or anyone that wants to take things down a notch go more gentle

Prenatal Yoga with Kelly

Mondays: 6:00pm

Wednesdays: 5:30pm

Thursdays: 6:15pm

Mums + Bubs Yoga with Kelly

Mondays: 11:00am

 

This class is an opportunity for mums to reconnect to their bodies & breath after birth, to regain flexibility & strength & to also connect with other mums in a friendly & supportive environment. The practice of yoga can also aid in birth recovery. Babies are invited to take part in the poses or to simply sleep & chill out next to Mum! Throughout the class mums are free to tend to their bubs by feeding, changing or comforting them in anyway.

Who is it for?

 

This class is suitable for all mums: Vaginal birth about 6-8 weeks post delivery. Caesarean 8-10 weeks post delivery. Suitable for bubs up to precrawl (roughly 12 months) Doctor’s clearance is not required, but if you feel concerned you are welcomed to get clearance for your peace of mind Mamma’s don’t need to have come to Prenatal Yoga classes at Clarity to join us for Mums + Bubs 🙂

After School Yoga with Steph B

Tuesday: 4:30pm

 

YES! That’s right… an after school Yoga Class specifically designed for High School students to de-stress and relax. This will help with reducing stress and anxiety and create a feeling of peace, focus and clarity within the body & mind.

 

These yoga classes are for High School Students only, and are a beautiful mix of relaxation and gentle movement. No previous yoga experience is needed.  This is a class that’s a safe space for students to come together to de-stress, unwind and relax.

COMFY CLASSES

Clarity class sizes are kept intentionally small so as to allow Steph, Kelly & Georgia the greatest opportunity to create a space in which the needs of each individual are met.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

Our studio provides a full array of props such as yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks for no additional charge.
